What is CIDCO?
CIDCO City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited was started by the government of Maharashtra on 17 March 1970. They consider themselves the country’s premier City planning agency.

What is the CIDCO Lottery Program?
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) program was established by the government to provide affordable housing to the urban poor. LIG is defined as households with an annual income between Rs. 3,00,001 (Rs. 1 to Rs. 300,000) to Rs. EWS is defined as an individual who falls in the general category (i.e. not reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC) and has an annual household income of less than her 8 million.

Eligibility Criteria for Applying for the 2022 CIDCO Lottery ?
If you are applying for the 2021-22 CIDCO Lottery, you must have proof of residence demonstrating that you have resided in Maharashtra for at least 15 years as an applicant. You do not have to be a resident of Navi Mumbai or where the apartment is being built, but you must reside somewhere in Maharashtra and prove this.
Also, if he is considering an EWS apartment in the CIDCO lottery program, income proof will be required if his income is less than Rs 25,000. If you want an apartment under the LIG CIDCO lottery scheme, you will need to provide proof of income showing that the monthly rent is between Rs 25,000 and Rs 50,000.

How do I find out the draw results for CIDCO 2022?
After completing the
form, you will have to sit back and wait for the results to be announced. Usually, the number of applicants is 3 to 4 times that of the house! Once the results are announced, you will need to log into the site to see your approved applications. You will need to enter your details and confirm the results.
